Baltimore Orioles
Affectionately known by fans as the O and the birds, the Baltimore Orioles baseball team is rooted in Baltimore, Maryland. Of owned by Peter Angelos, a lawyer. Play in the American League East Division.
Orioles history, which dates back to 1893 and the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when The team started in the minor Western League. That the minor league would become the great American League in the 20th century, and the original Baltimore Orioles, who were in National League moved in this period in New York where he became the New York Yankees. After a stint as the St. Louis Browns, the team is now back in Baltimore and became the Orioles in 1950.

The song "O" has caused a storm of controversy in 2005 when some fans started singing at RFK Stadium Washington National Games. Many people believe that the song was not appropriate to RFK. However, a lot of Washingtonians are also fans of the Orioles. After all, the Orioles were the closest team after the Senators were transferred. However, the DST has taken place, the song "O" was next to nonexistent.
