My boyfriend got a ticket in Nashville,NC do we have to go to NC for a court date?
if we live in Fl? He was driving from Fl to Boston and he got stopped in Nashville and the cop was very rude and said he had to drive back up for a court date and we can’t mail in the payment and if he doesn’t show up they will revoke his license. Can they do that?
it was a speeding ticket he was doing 90 in a 65 and the cop didn’t ask for registration or insurance just his license (the car is in my name)
