Where to get Chicago White Sox tickets? How much will they cost? Where should I sit?
I will be visiting Chicago in May, and want to see the White Sox play. I know I can get tickets online, but was wondering if I can get them locally for less.
Also, is scalping legal in Illinois? Are tickets available this way?
How much should I plan on paying for lower sections?
Is there a better place to sit in the park?

Look, if you can be gutsy about scalping, take the Red line L to 35th or walk along the park to the train stop. You won’t be alone, there’s tons of ballpark traffic. It’s a block walk from the park.
Keep an eye out and you’ll see scalpers by the truckload. (Fakes are made for Cubs and playoff games, so don’t worry). If you can negotiate, you can get great seats for face value or even up to 20% less. CPD ain’t stupid, but step away from pedrestian traffic so you don’t embarrass them into arresting you.
