Would you like a new baseball movie like Major league to show up?
It has been a while since the last really good funny baseball movies like Major league. I think it could be made a good movie with a funny history involving another city. I think it could be done a great job making a plot involving teams like the Royals, the Pirates or the Orioles, who seem to just not getting any better.

I don’t know if it could ever be as good as Major League or Major League II, but I’d like to see someone try.
Perhaps a movie about the Rangers, or a fictional franchise based on the Rangers would be good. Here are some little Ranger-related comedy nuggets:
1. Their former owner went on to become President of the United States. I’m sure you all know who I’m talking about. Some like him, some hate him, but everyone agrees that he says a lot of funny things.
2. They have had at least 2 former players (Nolan Ryan and Rafael Palmeiro) do commercials for erectile dysfunction drugs!
3. Their manager (Ron Washington) likes to party with the cocaine. Come to think of it, so did their former owner!
4. They share a name with a Chuck Norris character.
See? The Ranger movie pretty much writes itself!
