Why does my body want to fall asleep after I work out?
Every time I do any type of work out exercises, whether its sit-ups, lifting weights, body-weight exercises, or cardio, I sit down and immediately want to fall asleep.
I just did 100 no-weight squats and sat down at the computer and my eyes started to roll in the back of my head.
My wife says she is ready to go, pumped up when she’s done working out….
Could there be something wrong with me, or is this normal?
Overexertion can make you feel very tired and very sleepy, so perhaps you are overexerting yourself and you need to recharge the batteries.
