How much do people usually pay for NBA playoff and Stanley Cup hockey tickets?
I’m an English teacher in Japan and one of my students wants to know how much people usually pay to go to a playoff game for the NBA or the Stanley Cup hockey playoffs. Excuse my total ignorance of sports. I know NOTHING. I know that the playoffs are usually in June and tickets aren’t on sale yet so I can’t reserach prices, but generally, what do people pay?
I understand that tickets are sold for more than face value and it would be nice to know what face value is and what people actually pay.
You can answer for either the Stanley Cup or the NBA or both. I’m not talking about the divisional/regional playoffs taking place right now but the big championship game.
