Has there been any period when 4 US major leagues are in session?
I’m pretty sure it’s some time around now. It can any 4 out of the 5 major leagues, be it the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), National Basketball Association (NBA), National Hockey League (NHL), or Major League Soccer (MLS). Exhibition/Preseason games, playoffs, and championship rounds are included.
So, is the period now?
NFL- Regular season week #8
NHL- Regular season has started
MLB- World Series and if it goes all the way to game 7 then the season will be over on November 1.
NBA- Preseason the regular season starts October 30th
MLS- Starting its playoffs and the MLS CUP will be on November 18.
If World Series goes to a game 6 (October 31) then all 5 pro leagues will be going on at once. If not then 4 of the 5 will be in session.
Also from April to June 4 of the 5 sessions are also going as you have MLB, MLS, NBA PLAYOFFS, AND the NHL Stanley Cup.
